Rating Clarification: 3.5 Stars

I liked slightly more of this book than the first one. Slightly and mostly because it was written under Ethan’s POV. (And we all know that male POV’s are always better!)

Basically it picks up right after the end of the first, that ended with a cliffhanger. Ethan wants Brynne back and when that eventually happens she finally tells him the truth about her past… although he’s not ready yet to tell her about his.
Anyway, the threats against Brynne increase and her security becomes tighter, other than that… nothing happens. Really, nothing more.
We got introduced to some new characters, there are good steamy scenes, Ethan is still very sexy and possessive, Brynne annoyed me a little sometimes but other than that there’s no more story development.

But as I am a curious person I will now read the third one because I want to see how it all ends. And I also have some suspicions that I really hope that are wrong. With all the puking in this book I really hope she isn't pregnant!
Again, a good book, not a great one, but entertaining and very fast to read.
