Too many books, too little time.
Feral Sins - Suzanne Wright Let me start by saying that usually I’m not the biggest fan of PNR, but damn, this book is hot!! Who would say that wolves could make such sexy heroes? Well, I guess they were the first known alpha-males for some reason.

Okay, I’m blabbering. Anyway, this is the story of Taryn and Trey. They are both alphas from different packs, but Taryn is latent and that is a weakness. A latent wolf shifter means that her wolf never presented itself and that supposedly makes her weak than other female shifters. Obviously after you meet Taryn you realize that weak it’s something that she is definitely not.
So, she is being forced to mate against her will when Roscoe, another alpha from another pack forcefully tried to claim her and her father, the alpha from her pack, did nothing because he believed that from that mating could born an useful alliance. Yes, her father is an asshole.
Trey is an extremely sexy alpha that has the reputation of the ultimate bad boy and the alpha you really don't want to mess with. He’s on the verge of a territorial fight with his uncle (another alpha-long story) and Taryn is very useful to him, since she is a strong healer and her father is the alpha of a strong pack. So, he makes her a proposition: They mate for three months… she gets rid of her father and of the mate that is being forced on her and he gets what he needs from her.
But the mate bonds are stronger than they think and as the time passes, the possessiveness, the need to protect and to claim only increases and their bond continues to grow stronger each day, even with them trying to fight it, because let’s face: they both are more than a little damaged.

Okay, first I’ve got to say Taryn is probably the best female lead I've ever read! She is feisty, sarcastic, stubborn and at same time extremely strong, loyal, good friend and a very good person. The problem is just that’s obscured by a shitty past. I loved her!!

Taryn held up her index finger. “Just give me a second. Attempting to give a fuck…Attempting harder to give a fuck…Sorry, there was an error. Fuck not given.”

Trey is also great. Besides being sexy as hell and being literally, an alpha-male with everything that comes with that, he was really sweet and attentive. When he wasn't trying to hide it and being an asshole, obviously.

See, I'm not good with words. All I can say is you're important to me in a way I can't explain or understand. More important to me than anything else.”

This was the first book I've read with wolf shifters, so I didn't know the dynamics of this group. Yeah, there was some in the middle of others books, but never one just about them. I've got to say that I loved how strong packs are, how organized and fiercely loyal to each other they are. More than that… I loved all the mating rituals. How protective and possessive of the other the mates get. And how loyal they are as a couple, both in wolf form or as in human.
Well, all that to say that I loved this book. The characters, the surrounding, the story, the romance, the steam. And how I'll definitely continue with this series! ;)
You can go, now! :D
