5 “I Love Those Rock Chicks” Stars!!



Stella and Mace used to be a couple, until he broke it off with no explanation about a year ago and left her broken. She never get over him.
She found refuge in her music and when a member of her band has a problem and she has to go sort it out (yet again!) she finds Mace again. And despite all the feelings, she doesn’t want to be near him.



But let’s not forget that this his is a rock chick book. Therefore one of the girls is always with some kind of trouble.
The thing is: this time they are all in trouble. Some crazy psycho is after the girls of the Hot Bunch and somehow Stella got included in that group. And now Mace is pretty fixed on protect her.
The thing I still don’t understand is: Why the hell somebody was stupid enough to mess with the Nightingale Team girls?



I loved how this book had a previous background of them and how their relation didn’t just started at lightning speed.
This was a very raw and emotional book and when you starting finding out about their ghosts and understanding why Mace broke up with her you will want to cry. And in some moments slap the hell of Stella. I liked her but she was the first Rock Chick to seriously annoy me.

Lee and Indy are still my favorite couple (what can I do? I got caught up with him!) and Luke’s story is still my favorite book, but this one got close by. It was way rawer than Vance’s story.
Why am I giving it five stars? The EPILOGUE.
First I was confused and thinking: “There are still two books after this. Why this feels like the end of the series?” but after a while I didn’t care anymore.
